University of Phoenix instructor joins the CorporationCampus.com Institute "CCI" Campus staff
University of Phoenix instructor, Steve Roussas, MS, MSE, has joined the CorporationCampus.com Institute "CCI" Campus staff in developing a series of hotel management / administration courses set to accelerate the careers of both working professionals and beginners in the vast hospitality industry. Mr. Roussas founded MSC Coaching and Consulting, a full service business consulting and executive coaching firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, in 1995. MSC specializes in operations, project, change, behavioral and cultural management. Prior to the above he has held executive positions in the hotel, manufacturing, and after market industries with companies such as Holiday Inn, Hyatt, Westin, Rockwell International and AlliedSignal (Now Honeywell).
He has been a member of the University of Phoenix business curriculums faculty since September 1996. H is also member of the project management certification faculty.
Mr. Roussas obtained a bachelors degree (BS) in Mathematics from Central Michigan University and a Masters Degree (MSE) in Engineering Systems Management from Arizona State University. He is a certified project management professional, master facilitator, professional behavioral analyst, professional values and attitudes analyst, professional manager, DNA of performance competencies and other.
Mr. Roussas is a member of American Society for Quality and have served as the 1996-97 Chairman of the Phoenix section. He has also been a member of the American Management Association for over 17 years, the Institute of Certified Professional Managers, the Federation of International Coaches and the Project Management Institute. Steve has served as an examiner at the Arizona Governor’s Award for Quality and is a certified examiner of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. He has also served as one of the judges in the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and Arthur Andersen’s quality excellent performance awards. He is also a quality conference presenter.
