The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort has received its HACCP Registration by NSF International, a world leader in food safety . Executive Chef Reed Groban who also is the Food and Beverage Director at the world class property has raised the standard of food safety for the entire industry.

The registration confirms that the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess conforms to internationally recognized HACCP guidelines for reducing and eliminating potential food-safety hazards.

Located in the heart of Scottsdale's famed golf area, the Scottsdale Princess boasts 650 guestrooms, casitas and suites on 450 acres. The resort offers three heated pools, spa and fitness center, and World-Class tennis. The Princess is known as Scottsdale's most luxurious resort.
