Press Release

Oro Valley, AZ -- Wine Sips, Inc. CEO, Anita LaRaia, a 24 year veteran in wine training and www.CorporationCampus.com President, Raymond Kerege, celebrated with the joint statement, " 21st Century professional wine training program has arrived and wineries, distributors and restaurants are leading the charge in delivering content to their customers and marketing knowledge to it's employees." Kerege said that by offering the American Culinary Federation approved 24 credit hour class changes the way education in this industry is delivered.

Kerege added that all you have to do is go into a restaurant and ask the servers what type of wine training they've had....basically little to none. With such complexities in wine quality, regions, food companions and prices, the servers basically rely on what the dinner guest asks for instead of servers making recommendations and taking control of the check tab. The guests walk away impressed with the knowledgeable staff, the restaurant increases it's reputation and profit margin, the server makes more in tips and the wineries sell more to the distributors. Kerege said it's simply a win-win-win for everyone and expects several wineries and distributors to lead the charge in this pioneering program.

Catherine Scott, Director of wine training was excited about bringing this technology to the worlds industry executives. We have just leapfrogged over hurdles in how effective training is deployed. Scott said that the personal approach cannot be replaced but has major limitations in how many people can benefit from this knowledge.

LaRaia and Kerege went on to say that while concerns over educating the public have never had greater awareness, the industry was still relying on decades old delivery systems. The proper education, training and follow up with a company's staff is crucial and time consuming on a mangers schedule. It just makes sense for modern managers to want the most effective delivery vehicle for increasing wine sales that need to be addressed daily from the line level on up to the CEO. .

CorporationCampus.com features a wide variety of classes offered online that deal with staff and sales training. Classes such as the Wine School certification are just part of the hundreds of hours of continuing educational training offered online 24/7.
