Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy at the Brown College in Minneapolis, Minnesota has achieved the Safe-Chef certification. The Safe-Chef certification represents the highest level of food safety training in the United States. To earn the certification the Le Cordon Bleu certified all its instructors in the FS2000 food safety program. The program endorsed by the International Food Service Executives Program includes: CorporationCampus.com features Safe-Chef training at its campus. Director of Education and Executive Chef Ken Perry set a goal that all of the Chef instructors achieve the Safe-Chef Certification. The training was conducted in an extensive 3-day program.
